Service Plans
The purchase of DrawTech® 7 includes 6-months of technical support and product upgrades as applicable. The DrawTech® Annual Service plan was developed to provide our customers with on-going support and assistance after the initial warranty period. Purchase of Annual Service Plans extend support for an additional year and provide the following additional incentives. All service plans are billed annually.

- All Software Updates as released (approx. every 2 months)
- All Equipment Blocks as created and the ability to request the creation of specific blocks needed by each customer
- Manufacturer file updates as released. These files contain information for spiral, fire dampers, access doors, etc.
- Discount of 20% on additional training days at the DrawTech, Inc. site
- Discount of 20% on additional training days at the customers site.
